This one was another popular one on the old Super Deformers site, as I recall. It's another very specific reference to an episode, one where Optimus gives Silverbolt a much less emphatic dressing-down about hanging around with Blackarachnia.
As much as a fan I was of the Transmetals figures, I did not like Transmetal Optimus Primal's design. The beast mode was kinda cool, what with being a dark blue chrome robot gorilla, but I thought his robot mode was incredibly ugly. The weird dark maroon-brown to orange color scheme just did not appeal to me, plus I hated his weird ape face. The greyish-tan colored metal that kinda worked on the beast mode just looked more gross on his robot mode. Just overall a misstep, in my own humble opinion.
